I was hired to Cal State San Marcos in December of 1994 to create a Help Desk for Staff and Faculty here on campus. My job was to perform tech support triage to minimize data loss and get your computer stabilized until I can get a Tech Support surgeon to finish the job. Since then I have moved on to the Data Base group, stopping briefly in Academic computing as a trainer.
