Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each Spring, Cal State San Marcos faculty, staff, and students participate in several online customer satisfaction surveys.  The Finance and Administrative Services and Student Affairs divisions would like to thank participants for providing their valuable opinions.  Our departments meet to review the survey results and identify "opportunities for improvement" (OFI) based on the data.  In addition, departments implement action items to improve results for their identified OFI's.  If you have any questions regarding the Customer Satisfaction Surveys, please contact jwilliam@csusm.edu.
