FAS Focus Groups
The Values Survey was established as a tool to measure the extent to which the division values are being practiced, and how those values are affecting the employees and their work environment.
Each year, after the Values Survey is administered, the Quality Improvement Planning Council (QIPC) meets to review the results and determine what areas need improvement. For the past two Values Surveys, the BSCPC determined more information was needed in order to understand where our improvement efforts should be focused, so focus groups, comprised of FAS staff, were pulled together and asked to provide feedback on a variety of questions.
The focus groups feedback received over the years have proved valuable in helping us focus our improvement efforts.
