The PEER Team Mission:
The Employee Recognition Program was established in the summer of 1996 by the Quality Service Council, and charged with the development of a program that recognizes and rewards employees for outstanding contributions to the campus, and to increase morale throughout the Finance and Administrative Services Division at CSU San Marcos. Each year a new team is selected to guide the peer recognition program. With each new team, comes a new theme.
The 2009/10 PEER Team Kicks off in September of 2009!
