Values Survey Results
In 2003, the FAS Division launched a Values Survey to obtain feedback from our FAS employees regarding how our values are being demonstrated within the work environment. Each year, we compare the results to prior year data and determine if we are making the necessary improvements. After the survey responses are received, the Quality Improvement Planning Council (QIPC) reviews the results and determines the next steps, which sometimes requires obtaining more information via focus groups. Once the QIPC identifies the areas for improvement, initiatives are launched to begin our process of improvement.
