Managers' Award to Staff
CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS:
- All staff members in the FAS Division are eligible for nomination. Managers are not eligible
- Nominations should be specific and based on:
- Staff member’s contributions toward achieving departmental, division and/or campus goals and;
- Outstanding quality of work and attributes as defined by the FAS Division Values Statement
RULES:
- Each unit can nominate up to two employees –within their unit, per cycle
- Units are composed of the following:
- Business & Financial Services
- Facilities Development & Management
- FAS Administration
- Human Resources & Payroll Services
- University Police (includes Emergency Management)
- University Auxiliary & Research Services Corporation (UARSC)
- The VP's Office will solicit nominations from FAS Leadership Council (FASLC)
- Each unit will determine their own process for making a nomination as long as the Managers of the unit make the nomination decision
- Nominations will be forwarded electronically to the FASLC for review and selection
- FASLC members will review nominations with their units and select their top choices
- FASLC members will select the top two awardees
