Managers' Award to Staff 

PURPOSE:

• Provide FAS managers with an opportunity to publicly recognize staff members for outstanding performance.

PROCESS:

• Department managers will work with their AVP to determine who they would like nominate
• Two nominations per unit are allowed
• Nominations compiled compiled and sent to the FASLC to review with their managers
• The FASLC will review the nominations during their FASLC meeting to determine the top two awardees
• The awards are presented during the FAS Division meetings.

AWARD:

• Public award of a plaque for each of the two winners, presented at the FAS division meeting
