QI Team of the Year

Regina’s commitment to quality has been apparent over the years as she always is a strong advocate of the quality improvement program. Specifically, this year, Regina was recognized as part of the Quality Improvement Team of the Year. As a member of the Environmental Health & Safety Team, Regina assisted in developing the first ever system-wide Customer Satisfaction survey for Environmental Health & Safety. This team’s efforts in developing a survey tool have paid off as they were able to administer their survey at eight campuses in 2008 as well as develop a new tool for enhancing QI practices and benchmarking.
