Transformational Leader Award

CRITERIA & RULES:

• All FAS Managers and UARSC Directors are eligible to be nominated
• Nominations should be specific and based on the following criteria:
  • The manager's/director's contributions toward achieving departmental, division and/or campus goals and
  • Transformational leadership, which ties back to the FAS guiding principles
• Nominations are limited to 200 words
• MPP's/UARSC Directors may not nominate
• Each employee is allowed to submit one nomination per cycle
