Cougar Moves classes are perfect for beginners looking to get moving and experts looking for a really good workout. The workouts are adaptable to your fitness level and so the pressure depends on how hard you want to push yourself. These classes are not part of a series so there is no worries if you’ve missed any because any one of the classes is a great opportunity for you to jump in and show us how a Cougar Moves.
