Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes will get you moving and keep you coming back. These weekly classes are a great way to keep yourself motivated to keep working out with a group of fun energetic people led by one of our quality instructors.

Group fitness classes begin on January 26th and run through May 1st.

Afro-Brazillian Dance

Join us for a full body workout utilizing Afro-Brazillian Dance to explore the rick history and cultural manifestations of the African diaspora in Brazil. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Indoor Cycling

Mon/Wed 6:00PM UVA C3, Friday 12:10PM UVA C3
Indoor Cycling offers a fun, high energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Jiu-Jitsu

Tue/Thurs 5:00PM CFH 113
Emphasizes self defense in one on one combat and taking an opponent to the ground. Jiu Jatsu will provide techniques and counters to control the opponent.

Kettlebell

Wed 5:00PM CFH 113, Thurs 4:00PM CFH 113
The high intensity kettle bell workout mixes cardio with muscular endurance training and is designed to challenge the entire body. This class aims to build strength, endurance, and muscle by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements using kettlebells.

Bootcamp

Come get a great workout working every major muscle group in your body. Morning Bootcamp will help with your cardio, strength, and core conditioning by challenging all of your muscle groups.

Yoga

Your yoga experience includes a variety of postures designed to bring incredible strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind.

Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhymes and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body whle burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba.
