Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes will get you moving and keep you coming back. These weekly classes are a great way to keep yourself motivated to keep working out with a group of fun, energetic people.
Group fitness classes begin on February 1st and run through April 29th with no classes the week of spring break.

Afro-Brazilian Dance

Mon 5:30PM, Wed 12:10PM Clarke Field House 
Join us for a full body workout utilizing Afro-Brazilian Dance to explore the rich history and cultural manifestations of the African diaspora in Brazil. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Athletic Conditioning

Tue 6:00PM QUAD Tukwut
Get a great workout in like we are training for our favorite sport. Enjoy this fast-paced class as we focus on plyometric and interval training in Athletic Conditioning.

Bootcamp

Tue/Thur 7:00AM Clarke Field House 
Come get a great workout working every major muscle group in your body. Bootcamp will help with your cardio, strength, and core conditioning by challenging all of your muscle groups.

Capoeira

Wed 4:30PM Clarke Field House
Born out of resistance against oppression, Capoeira is a multifaceted Afro-Brazilian martial art and game that integrates music, fluid acrobatic play, cunning and self-defense. This fun and rigorous workout improves strength, endurance, coordination, balance and flexibility in a space that invites diversity and respects the cultural roots of this art form. Men and women of all skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

Core and More

Wed 5:30PM Clarke Field House
Core & More focuses on abdominal and back strength, stability, and balance, along with providing a variety of cardiovascular exercises.   

Kettlebell-I

Mon 12:10PM Clarke Field House
The high intensity kettlebell workout mixes cardio with muscular endurance training and is designed to challenge the entire body. This class aims to build strength, endurance, and muscle by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements using kettlebells.

Yoga

Your yoga experience includes a variety of postures designed to bring incredible strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind.

Zumba

Thur 5:30PM Clarke Field House 
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhymes and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body whle burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba.
