Our group fitness classes will get you moving and keep you coming back. These weekly classes are a great way to keep yourself motivated to keep working out with a group of fun energetic people led by one of our quality instructors.

Core & More emphasizes the main core muscle groups as well as a variety of cardio exercises. Work hard and get more with Core & More!
Full Body Challenge
Wed 12:10PM CFH 110
A sports conditioning class with various intensities to help maximize your workout. This class utilizes circuit to focus on your conditioning and developing strength.

Indoor Cycling offers a fun, high energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
Tue/Thurs 4:10PM CFH Gym
Insanity is a cardio class based on max interval training. This class is a total body circuit training workout that utilizes only your bodyweight as resistance. Get ready to be pushed past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power. resistance, and core training
Tue/Thurs 5:10PM CFH Gym
Emphasizes self defense in one on one combat and taking an opponent to the ground. Jiu Jatsu will provide techniques and counters to control the opponent.
Monday 4:10PM CFH Gym, Wed 5:10 CFH Gym
The high intensity kettle bell workout mixes cardio with muscular endurance training and is designed to challenge the entire body. This class aims to build strength, endurance, and muscle by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements using kettlebells.

Start the day off right by working every major muscle group in your body. Morning Bootcamp will help with your cardio, strength, and core conditioning by challenging all of your muscle groups.

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhymes and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body whle burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba.
