Capoeria is a multifaceted Afro-Brazilian martial art and game that integrates music, acrobatic movements, play, and self-defense. The practice of Capoeira is an excellent way for men and women to improve physical and mental fitness, coordination, balance and flexibility in a space that welcomes diversity and cultural exchange. Students of all skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

Emphasizes self defense in one on one combat and taking an opponent to the ground. Jiu Jitsu will provide techniques and counters to control the opponent.

The high intensity kettlebell workout mixes cardio with muscular endurance training and is designed to challenge the entire body. This class aims to build strength, endurance, and muscle by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements using kettlebells.
