Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP)
CSUSM has developed and is implementing the Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) to properly manage, operate, and maintain all parts of the sanitary sewer system under University control. The SSMP will help reduce and prevent sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs), as well as mitigate any SSOs that do occur. Electronic sanitary sewer overflows data and information regarding regulatory actions are available on the CIWQS Public Reports Web page.
