Chemical Inventory
Submit by e-mail or print and submit by campus mail.
The information required by RM&S is as follows: the chemical name, vendor, catalog (ID) #, CAS#, number of containers, container size, physical state, and the storage location within the laboratory or remote storage locations. New chemicals must be followed by the submission of the above information to RM&S. RM&S will then provide the laboratory with the proper barcodes to be placed on the new containers. Barcodes of used or discarded containers shall be reported to RM&S to be removed from inventory.
