Stretching
Stretching Exercises below can help you relieve built up tension and stress in the body. For more information on ergonomics, please contact RM&S at (760)750-4502 for more information.
Had a tough day?
Computer giving you problems?
Going to an important meeting?
Need to relax?
There comes those inevitable times during the day when the body signals it has had an overdose of stress. Don’t let tension build up and ruin your good work. Pace yourself throughout the day. Take frequent stretch breaks. Breathe deeply and take a few minutes to do these stretches designed for your upper body, especially the neck, shoulders and wrists.
