Worker's Compensation Program

Injured employees must receive a workers’ compensation claim form (DWC-1) within 24 hours. Please contact the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator at (760) 750-4502.

HOLIDAY NOTIFICATION: Please be advised that our occupational medical providers are closed on all major holidays. All emergency care should be routed to the nearest hospital emergency room.
