Executive Order 1073
Executive Order 1073 outlines the process for Student Conduct Hearings. If a student has been sexually or physically assaulted by another CSUSM student and wants to pursue a student judicial hearing, these procedures will be followed. Student rights, responsibilities, and possible sanctions are also included.
A complaint may be made by submitting a Student Complaint Form to the Dean of Students.
