Orientation and New Student Programs
Welcome to CSUSM!
Orientation and New Student Programs assists all new CSUSM students in the transition to our campus community.
The process starts upon admission and Orientation and continues through your entire first year at CSUSM.
We want you to feel a part of our community!
We have a number of opportunities available to new and current students to get involved on campus and to feel more
a part of the CSUSM community. We know that the transition to college can be a tough one, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Congratulations on your conditional admission to CSUSM! New students must attend Orientation in order to reserve courses prior to the first day of the Fall semester. Communication regarding how and when to reserve an Orientation will be sent out via mail in Spring 2013. In the meantime, please keep an eye on your MyCSUSM, your email, and this website for continued updates. You can also review our Orientation Information section to answer some of your questions.
