Health and Wellness Experience

The Health and Wellness Experience is a Residential Learning Community for students interested in medical, health, or wellness fields. Any students interested in exploring issues related to health and wellness fields should apply! Students in the HWE RLC take three courses - 9 units - together (General Education Writing, General Education Lifelong Learning, and one more lower division GE course) and live together in either The QUAD or the University Village Apartments. Where students are housed depends on the type of contract the student has entered into. All three courses fulfill lower division General Education requirements that all students must fulfill. Students involved in HWE should be eager to be engaged members of the CSUSM community and willing to be active students both inside and outside the classroom.
