Affiliated Student Organizations

Student Life & Leadership would like to learn more about our student organizations that are affiliated with local or national organizations. Please take a moment to complete the survey below. If you would prefer to meet with Julie Mattingly, Associate Director, please email her at jmatting@csusm.edu to schedule a brief (10-15 minute) meeting. All affiliated organizations completing this survey or meeting with Julie prior to the end of the fall semester will be entered to win a $50 credit toward an on-campus event in the spring semester.
