I am an Associate Professor teaching in aging, ethnogerontology, family, race and ethnicity, and statistics.  I joined CSUSM after completing a two-year National Institute of Aging Post Doctorate Fellowship at the University of Michigan. I received my Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 1995.
