The fall Orientation fee is a charge which is placed on your student account.  If you are awarded financial aid, disbursement of those funds will occur in late August.  The financial aid funds will pay for enrollment fees first.  If there are any excess funds remaining after paying fees, they will be applied to pay for your Orientation fee.  In the event that there are insufficient financial aid resources to pay all fees and your Orientation fee, you will be responsible to pay the balance on your account within the University's payment deadlines.

To view the details of your financial aid, go to www.csusm.edu.  Select myCSUSM.edu, and follow the log in instructions on the sign-in page.  After logging into the Student Center, refer to the "Finances" section (left side of page, blue banner) and select "View my Financial Aid".  Select the 2009 aid year to view your award summary.  Also, refer to the "Holds" section (right hand side of the page, blue banner), to view fee deferment(s) granted.
