Delicious Food Options

There are numerous dining options for you to choose from when planning your next conference, camp or overnight retreat at CSUSM. We partner with our preferred caterers to ensure the product and service exceeds your expectations while remaining budget friendly. From custom menus to assistance with dietary restrictions, we are confident we will find options for even the pickiest eater in your Group.

Dining Hall

Flexible summer dining packages are available for Groups to enjoy one to three meals per day in the University Student Union (USU).

Catering

Additionally, we have unique on campus facilities that can also accommodate your food and beverage needs outside of the USU. Ask your Conference Coordinator for additional details.

Campus Coffee Options

Crash's Cafe

Located on the 4th floor of the University Student Union (USU), Crash's Cafe offers Starbucks Coffee beverages, drinks, and espresso. In addition, we also serve exceptional CSUSM baked goods, gourmet salads and sandwiches. Enjoy one of our signature coffee blends, delicious teas, lattes, espressos and more.

Starbucks

Starbucks at CSUSM roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment. Starbucks also offers a line of premium Tazo Teas.  Summer operating hours are traditionally limited.

Campus Coffee

Located on the southeast side of campus on Founders Plaza, Campus Coffee has served CSUSM as the only standalone business on campus since 2004.  Specializing in local, sustainable and independent purveyors who provide the freshest, highest-quality, fair trade coffee, dairy, pastries, sandwiches and salads. Campus Coffee offers kosher, gluten free, vegan and organic products.  Their commitment to the CSUSM community is evident in their efforts to support various clubs on campus and within the local community.
