R25 WebViewer Calendars
Cal State University San Marcos uses the Resource25 software package (commonly referred to as R25) to schedule all campus events. The most visible side of the R25 software is the Events WebViewer, you will see it anytime you use the Campus Calendars listing. This web based program will allow all users to (among other things):
- View campus events
- View details and availability of campus spaces
- Export Events directly to your outlook calendar
- Request Events via an on-line request form (eRFU)*
- Save events into 'My Reminders' for quick access*

The Clarke EventsWeb Viewer (Calendar of Events)
(The Web Software displays events submitted to the entire campus. To see events submitted to The Clarke, you must click on the "Clarke Field House/USU" link at the bottom right hand of the page, under Filters)

WebViewer Training for Cal State San Marcos students, staff and faculty is given by staff from University Event Scheduling Office (UESO).
