Take the Fall Fitness Challenge at The Clarke!

Clarke Student Personal Trainers challenge you to sign-up and begin you journey to a better you. Here at the Clarke we will have Exercise Training & Nutrition workshops to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Become a Clarke member and attend Campus Rec Fitness classes and use our state of the art Fitness Center. We also have Personal Trainers available for those who need to learn how to construct a workout, or those looking to step up their game.

All you have to do is reduce your weight or body fat percentage between now & the end of the Fall semester and attend two workshops to become a Fall Fitness Champion!

Fall Fitness Champion will receive a brag tank and will be entered into the FFC opportunity Drawing for more cool prizes.

October 8th  2:30-3:30pm

October 9th 2:30-3:30pm

October 10th  10-11am

October 23th 6-7pm

(Located at the Clarke Field House)

Weigh-Out Dates

Tues November 13th 2:30-3:30pm 

Wed November 14th 10-11pm

Thurs November 15th 7-8pm

Fri November 16th 6-7pm
