Board of Directors
The University Auxiliary and Research Services Corporation (UARSC) is a self-supporting auxiliary organization, recognized by the California State University and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
UARSC is governed by a 13-member Board of Directors consisting of University administration, community members and faculty, alumni and student representation. All meetings are open to the public.
