Cougar Shops

UARSC is responsible for operating the CSUSM Bookstore, the University Store, and CSUSM Dining Services: the Big Cat Bistro, Big Cat Market, Flavours Catering, CSUSM Vending, CSUSM Starbucks, and Campus Coffee.

In addition, UARSC also manages the campus Approved Vendor Program making sure that all approved vendors are in compliance with Cal State San Marcos' insurance, license, permit and certification requirements.
