Appointments

Scheduling an Appointment:
Appointments can only be scheduled through our website. We do not schedule appointments over the phone or in person. If you need help scheduling an appointment online, we will be glad to show you how.

Number of Appointments:
You may book no more than one appointment per day, no more than two per week, and no more than three in a two week period.

Tardiness:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We will hold it for five minutes. If you are more than five minutes late for your appointment (by our clock), your time slot will be given to someone else. If you know you will be late, please call and let us know.

No Shows:
You are allowed two (2) No Shows. Students who do not show up for three appointments will be blocked from making appointments for the rest of the semester.
 
Cancelling Appointments:
Appointments may be cancelled online or by calling us at (760) 750-4168.

Walk-Ins:
You do not need an appointment to work with a consultant. You may come to the Writing Center at any time to check if we have an open time slot. Walk-ins are seen on a "first come, first served" basis.
