Human Resources Training and Development
On the Human Resources site you'll find information about Campus Connect, current
courses offered by the Cross Campus Collbaration program, manager training, compliance
training and more.
LinkedIn Learning
An e-learning resource available to all CSUSM employees. Learn at your own pace, select
courses that are relevant to your current role and pursue other passions. With courses
on financial literacy, social media, even drawing and music theory, everyone can grow
and develop in the areas they care about..
Mental Health First Aid Training
Virtual trainings are offered by Student Health and Counseling Services to increase
mental health literacy among CSUSM students, faculty and staff. The objective is
to educate the campus community to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness
and respond with early intervention and treatment before crisis.
Special Population Support Seminars
Provided by Student Affairs, these sessions increase awareness of student needs, current external influences, effective
communication methods, and available resources for support.
