Online: Only credit cards are accepted online.

In person: Stop by our office in Commons 201 and complete a membership application. We can accept cash, checks, and credit cards in person.
By mail: Complete the Membership Application and mail to our office.

I would like to take advantage of the Lifetime Membership payment plan. Can I do that online?

Yes! Our new website allows you to take advantage of a 4 or 12 month payment plan for your Lifetime Membership! Your credit card will automatically be charged once a month. If your credit card number becomes invalid at some point during your payment schedule, our office will contact you for an updated credit card number.

I submitted my membership application online. When will I receive my membership card?

You will receive your welcome packet within 2 weeks of receipt of your membership application.

Where is the Alumni Association located?

The Alumni Association is managed by the Alumni Engagement Office. We are located in Commons 201, above the University Bookstore.

How do I update my profile information?

If you have a change of address, email, phone, last name, employer, or job title - please update your information and let us know!

Do Alumni Association members receive a discount at the University Bookstore?

The University Bookstore is happy to offer Alumni Association members a 10% discount on in-store purchases when you show your valid membership card.

How do I order transcripts or a duplicate diploma?

Please see the Registrar's Office website for more information on ordering transcripts and diplomas.

I am an Alumni Association member. How do I log into Cougar Jobs?

Log on to Cougar Jobs with the email address you used when joining the Alumni Association.
