Exhibitor Participation Form

We rely on the generous support of local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants and caterers to make this event a great success. Exhibitors receive publicity and promotional value in exchange for their generous support of this event.

Participating businesses are given a booth area with a table to prepare, display, and serve product samples.  Volunteers are available throughout the event to help with setup and other needs.  Event partners are asked to provide sample portions for 600 guests as well as any preparation and serving supplies needed. You may hand out marketing/promotional materials, but no sales may take place during the event. If an emergency arises, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary orders of equipment.

We secure a special event license from the ABC and comply with all ABC requirements. 

All exhibitors must comply with the campus Temporary Food Facility Permit Guidelines and will be required to complete a One Day Event Agreement and the Temporary Food Facility Permit Application
