The LGBTQA Pride Center (PC) is an inclusive space which promotes positive interactions in a diverse environment.  The PC strives to provide a space that celebrates and affirms students who identify with all genders and sexualities in the LGBTQ community and their allies.

The PC provides programming and discussion on the following topics:

  • LGBTQA+ Issues
  • Homophobia
  • Biphobia
  • Transphobia
  • Sex and Sexuality
  • Gender Identity and Expression
  • Sexuality and Race, Class, Gender, & Culture
  • Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention
  • Social Justice, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • Safe Zone Training
  • And much more…


Community Centers Team Support

As a member of team support you develop and sustain visibility and a sense of community in collaboration with the LGBTQA Pride Center and/or Gender Equity Center staff. Team support are an integral part of keeping ASI Community Centers functioning on a daily basis. We work with team support to develop volunteer times and opportunities that can be tailored to meet your schedule and skills. Volunteer opportunities typically include staffing the front desk, and promoting and supporting ASI Community Centers Events.  Volunteers are highly valued and appreciated and we encourage everyone interested in becoming more involved in our community to volunteer at the ASI LGTBQA Pride Center and/or ASI Gender Equity Center.
