Cougar Career Closet Donations

We are accepting donations of clean, in good condition, and recent style items to stock our closet. We hope that you will consider donating your gently used professional attire and share this information with others who may also have some items to spare. By working together we can help all of our students succeed on their career journey!

Your contributions can be tax deductible (please request a tax letter at drop off) and greatly appreciated by CSUSM.

The following items are needed:

New or gently used business professional clothing for men and women, all sizes:

• Two-piece suits
• Jackets and Blazers
• Blouses and dress shirts
• Dress pants
• Ties
• Skirts and Dresses
• Clothes should be cleaned prior to donation
• Clothes should be good to excellent quality and purchased within the last five years/current with fashion

Drop off donations:

Drop off donations at the CSUSM Career Center (Administrative Building 1400)

 New Donation Drop Off Policy:  ***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***Please call the Career Center at 760-750-4900 when you arrive at the loading zone of Craven Circle.  The Career Center will meet you at your car to pick up the donations.  Leaving your car unattended may result in a parking citation.

• Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Fridays from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
• Park in loading zone in Craven Circle for quick drop offs
