Lizette Moore-Teague Bio

My role at Cal State San Marcos

As a student assistant in the Career Center, my role is to assist those students who are in need of direction or advice towards their future career and academic goals. Also, spending some time working the Cougar Closet, located in the Career Center, allows me to help those who are in need of quick fashion advice on what to wear to special events, meetings, and interviews.

My career path

Transferring from San Diego Mesa Community College, I am currently a pre-business marketing major here at Cal State San Marcos. In the near future, I hope to obtain a job as a Marketing Director or a Creative Director at some fashion company. I also wish to gain the knowledge I need from that company to soon run my own clothing line one day.

The rewards in doing what I do

Working at the Career Center and Cougar Closet is rewarding because it has given me confidence in what I do. Also, I love to see people come in and leave with a smile after I help them pick out an outfit from the Cougar Closet, giving them the confidence and attire for the event they are going to attend.

In my free time

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, going shopping, relaxing on the beach, and I definitely love to eat.
