My role at CSU San Marcos

As the Employer Relations Specialist for California State University San Marcos, I work with industries to drive local economies by streamlining and developing viable talent pipelines from CSUSM into the workforce.

My career path

My career pathway has not been as direct as many. Starting off in design and engineering; eventually winding my way into social service. I am fortunate enough to say that I have had two very different career pathways. I guess you can say that I am a social service servant with the mindset of an engineer and the creativity of an artist. I’ve achieved my dream job early in my career pathway, and now I’m on a mission to help others reach their dreams. I am proud to be able to draw from my years of experiences to serve CSUSM and the community of North County.
