Introduction

Jack Leu is a Professor of Information and Operations Systems. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  His research works in Information Systems and Operations Management have appeared in journals as such IIE Transactions, Decision Sciences, and Decision Support Systems. Currently, his research focuses on the deployment issues facing the massively multiplayer online games industry. He has been with CSU San Marcos since 1991 and has served as the MBA Faculty Director and the Department Chair.
