Landlords are prohibited from evicting tenants for nonpayment of rent until May 31,
2020. If you are unable to pay rent, you are required to declare in writing that you
cannot afford rent due to COVID-19.
If you cannot pay your utility bill, SDG&E will not be shutting off power to customers
with unpaid bills and will not be charging late fees. If you have lost your job or

If you cannot afford internet services, many telecommunication companies, such as
Spectrum and Cox, are providing free internet for households with K-12 or university
