CoBA Community Highlights

Kevin Hee, Ph.D.

CoBA is excited to welcome new faculty member Kevin Hee to our Accounting Department as of Fall 2015. Coming to us from previously teaching at SDSU, Dr. Hee currently teaches upper division Accounting. Dr. Hee continuously strives to prepare accounting majors to succeed in other courses related to their career paths. Making the transition from the large campus of SDSU to CSUSM, Dr. Hee mentioned that he loves the close-knit community that CSUSM offers, and the familial environment that he is happy to work in everyday. His research deals with how accounting and auditing decisions can impact future litigation risk for publicly-owned companies. When Dr. Hee isn't teaching or doing valuable research he enjoys spending time with his family and catching waves at Cardiff. CoBA looks forward to seeing Dr. Hee motivating his students to strive, and is happy to welcome him to CSUSM!
