Andrea Beard

Andrea Beard is a Multi-Channel Sales Director & Leadership Executive in the Wine & Spirits Industry. She has spent over 25 years in a variety of Sales and Management roles with leading companies including Diageo and Wente Family Estates. During this time Andrea successfully grew her expertise in P&L management, transformational coaching & mentoring, successful pricing and programming, inspiring cross-functional collaboration and strategic growth plan development. In addition to achieving success through her career, Andrea also earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and her CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine). Andrea is also passionate about coaching and mentoring emerging leaders in a variety of industries. Married and living in Carlsbad, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue dog, Zoey, traveling, hiking, reading, and any beach related activities.
