Susan DeMelo

Susan DeMelo is a retired Regional Sales Executive from ADP. In her 30 years with a Fortune 300 company, she has held several roles from outside sales rep to over 25 years in management and leadership roles including VP of Sales and Leadership Development Executive.

Since retiring in June 2018, she is focusing on ways to give back to her community. She volunteers for The Honor Foundation as an Executive Coach to Navy Seals and the U.S. Special Operations community in their transition from the military. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Foster Children at Voices for Children.

As a first generation college graduate, she is very excited to work with and coach the business students at CSU San Marcos navigate the next chapter in their lives.

Susan loves travel, especially international where learning about different cultures is a highlight. She is working on improving her Spanish skills; loves dogs, the arts, and yoga.

She has 3 grown children and 1 granddaughter and 1 spoiled dog.
