Fiona Karsberg

 

With experience in developing management and leadership capability across five continents and diverse sectors, Fiona Karsberg brings a unique and global perspective to developing future talent. An engaging facilitator and accredited coach, Fiona utilizes a variety of interactive elements to create engaging learning experiences and ensure practical application of new skills and behaviors.

 In addition to establishing her own international consultancy business, Fiona led global executive development programs for The Walt Disney Company and has worked with many diverse sectors, including Fortune 100 organizations in entertainment, TV, financial services and technology around the world.

Fiona is currently the VP of Human Resources at LEGOLAND California Resort and holds an MSc in Positive Psychology from the University of East London, UK.
