Pam has over 20 years experience in various international leadership roles working with Fortune 500 companies such as Sun Microsystems, Hitachi Data Systems, Accenture and Cisco Systems. She is a seasoned business strategist, leadership advisor, trainer, international speaker and high performance coach.
Pam is adept at navigating organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships with stakeholders to influence decisions and produce results. She has led a global cross-functional team to conceive and implement a Collaborative Alliance Model which consisted of best practices, procedures and sales tools that generated $14M revenue in the pilot phase.
As a Leadership Development professional, she has been recognized for creating high performance teams and partnering with leaders to build their bench strength by focusing on maximizing employee strengths to unlock their greatest potential; increaseing performance, productivity and the company’s bottom line. Over the past 2 years she has successfully facilitated a Manager to Leader training program to 1500 leaders across US, Germany and Singapore for a Fortune 500 company.
Pam is a natural at engaging audiences whether she is leading workshops, presenting as a keynote speaker or helping companies cultivate engagement-based management. Pam’s WHY is to help people know the value of who they are so that they can live their best life!
She lives in San Diego, California with her 2 sons, where life is always an adventure. She enjoys the beach, hiking, playing pickle ball, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
