Mary Ann Scott

Mary Ann has over 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, quality, customer engineering, marketing product management, new product introduction, and start-ups in technology-focused Fortune 200 companies such as Polaroid, Hewlett Packard (Digital Equipment) and Quantum Corporation, as well as, early-stage companies including FitForAll, SignWear and AmeriLink Advisors. Her experience is a blend of extensive global operational roles, managing organizations in Europe, Asia, and the U.S, to leading emerging start-ups.

She has served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for four years. This further enhanced her ability to bring a performance excellence-driven focus to an organization. Her education includes a Master in Business Administration from Simmons University in Boston MA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College. Recently, she completed a Certificate in Healthcare Information Technology at UC San Diego. Besides teaching and coaching, she is currently the EVP Sales & Service for Silver Fern Healthcare, a digital healthcare company focused on reducing the psychosocial and behavioral impact of diabetes and other chronic diseases.
