About Hire CoBA

HIRE CoBA LOGO

The Hire CoBA program provides students with coaching support while in pursuit of career opportunities prior to graduation. This program builds upon the skills they acquired in the BUS 300: Business Professional Development course by providing additional motivational support with post-university career planning. Students classified as seniors are eligible for Hire CoBA. The Career Planning Coaches help students to create goals, set deadlines, and serve as a resource in the application process.

This program is made possible by the generous financial support from our university community partner, LPL Financial. A special thank you also to CSUSM's Student Academic Support Services and the Career Center at CSUSM for supporting the Hire CoBA program.
