FEMBA, Mentor Program

The College of Business Administration has a vast array of professional connections in the community. We realize that FEMBA students are limited in time but eager to advance their careers and/or transition into new positions or fields. The FEMBA Mentor Program allows students the flexibility to connect with high-level executives in a one-to-one relationship on a monthly basis and shape the relationship according to students’ career goals.

Selected mentees will each be paired with a professional mentor from February to November of a calendar year. We provide mentors and mentees with preliminary information and tips on how to make the most of their time together. Once the introductions are made, however, the progression of the mentorship is determined by the mentor and mentee. Mentees will drive the relationship.

Interested students should refer to these program guidelines for full information:

Selected mentees will be paired with a professional mentor from February to November of a calendar year.
