Declining Balance Dining Program

CSUSM Dining has Declining Balance Dining Program  available for all students, staff, and faculty with the purchase of a Declining Balance Dining Card. You pick the amount you would like to load, or choose from the $250, $500, or $750 options to load on your Declining Balance Dining Card today.

If you are having issues purchasing a Declining Balance Meal Card, please email and include your name, your phone number, and when would be a good time for them to contact you.

Purchase a Dining Card

Cards may also be purchased at the Dining Services office in the Market at USU.

Pick up Details

Cards will be available for pickup Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the USU market within 48 hours of placing the order.

Please provide identification and a receipt (paper or email) in order to obtain your meal card.

Please note: if you lose your card and want a replacement, there will be a $5 fee for the first replacement, and then any further replacement cards will be $10.
