Welcome to Candyland!

Attention San Marcos Unified 4th-8th graders - spend your 3rd week of winter break with our STEM Ambassadors in our brand new (and much larger) STEMbassy location! CSUSM's Center for Research and Engagement in STEM Education is excited to offer another fun week of  STEM making as we create, build and explore!

Experienced CSUSM Science Majors will lead campers through a series of fun demos and hands-on, take-home projects focused on circuits, engineering concepts and more! Campers will utilize the engineering design process as they tinker and expand their thinking, while making their own rock candy, hydraulic gingerbread houses, candy catapults, kaleidoscopes, e-textile stuffies, bobsleds and more!

**CSUSM STEMbassy Camp is based on the successful CSUSM STEM Mobile-Making after school program, currently running at 13 locations in North County San Diego.
