The Google’s Computer Science Summer Institute (CSSI) Extension program is a free, 3‐week summer experience for CSUSM first‐time freshmen students studying computer science or engineering. The CSSI program will be held on the CSUSM campus and is an intensive, interactive, and fun program that seeks to inspire the tech leaders and innovators of tomorrow by supporting the study of computer science, software engineering and other closely related subjects. It focuses on three core areas:
Students will receive a stipend for completing the program. Apply before June 7, 2019 to be considered for this opportunity!

Note, this institute will be on the CSU San Marcos campus.

This program is open to incoming CSUSM freshmen. You will need a CSUSM student ID in order to complete the application. This student ID will be used to verify your academic records during the review process.
