For CSUSM questions that are not answered here, please email our general mailbox csusmasone@csusm.edu and you will receive a response to your question or it will be directed to the appropriate campus group to assist you further. You can also provide feedback to the Emergency Operations Center team.

Student Assistance

The Cougar Care Network provides information, connection to resources, advocacy and support for students dealing with personal, academic, financial or other challenges that may adversely affect their academic success and/or collegiate experience.

Student Health

Student Health and Counseling Services and our Pharmacy are open by appointment only. Call (760) 750-4915 or email shcs@csusm.edu to schedule an appointment.

For questions relating to testing or COVID-19, we recommend calling the San Diego County Hotline, 2-1-1, or visiting its website for general guidance.

Students who need to speak to a counselor immediately but it's after hours, please call (760) 750-4915 and press 9 to be connected with a phone counselor 24 hours/7 days a week.
