Return to Campus Fall 2021

As we prepare to for a return to campus in the fall, University Leadership charged 5 groups, populated with employees from across campus, to gather expertise and feedback to form a cohesive repopulation strategy.

Faculty/Staff Town Hall

We held a Faculty/Staff Town Hall on Friday, January 29, 2020.  The town hall was opened with remarks from President Neufeldt, followed by a brief presentation by the chairs of the five established work groups. The purpose of the town hall was to gather initial questions and comments for consideration, and to inform the work groups' discussions and recommendations. Participants also had the opportunity to utilize an online polling tool to provide their questions and comments.  Work groups are reviewing the information and will continue to find opportunities for communication with the campus community.  Feedback may still be submitted at return2campus@csusm.edu

Student Town Hall

The Student Town Hall was held on Thursday, February 25, 2021.  The town hall was hosted by Student Affairs and Associated Students Inc., and was opened with remarks from President Neufeldt and Andrew Gamboa, ASI VP of Student & University Affairs, followed by a brief presentation by members of the five established work groups. The purpose of the town hall was to gather initial questions and comments for consideration, and to inform the work groups' discussions and recommendations. Participants also had the opportunity to utilize an online polling tool to provide their questions and comments.  Work groups are reviewing the information and will continue to find opportunities for communication with the campus community.  Feedback may still be submitted at return2campus@csusm.edu or asi@csusm.edu.
