|Jan 14||Last day of classes for Winter Intersession. Intersession grades will be official with Spring 2023 grades in June. Grades will be posted and available for viewing as instructors submit and approve grade rosters.|

|Jan 20||DEADLINE – Last day to file an Undergraduate Request for Educational Leave of Absence for Spring 2023.|

Add/drop period: Students may add or drop classes in MyCSUSM without penalty (no W grade) for full semester classes.
Jan 23-Jan 27 Students may enroll in open classes in MyCSUSM (green on the class schedule) without a permission number (a permission number is required for closed and waitlisted classes or those requiring instructor consent); through 11:59pm PST on Jan 27.
Jan 29 – Feb 3 All classes require a permission number to enroll. Open University, Over-60 Program, Cross Enrollment Visitor, Intrasystem Visitor, and Intrasystem Concurrent, CSU Employee (non-degree seeking) applications and enrollments processed during this period.
